Ricardo J.A. Pitts-Wiley is an Associate with Tully Rinckey PLLC and concentrates his practice in federal sector employment and labor law.

Mr. Pitts-Wiley provides representation to federal employees in a wide range of employment and labor issues including discrimination, sexual harassment, equal pay, adverse action, security clearance revocations, and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) claims. He has nearly nine years of experience in matters relating to federal employment cases and has significant experience representing clients in all stages of federal administrative legal process.

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Mr. Pitts-Wiley served the legal needs of federal personnel at another well-respected Washington, D.C. law firm for over six years.

Mr. Pitts-Wiley earned his Juris Doctor at American University Washington School of Law in Washington, D.C. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University where he majored in Public Policy Studies and in African & African-American Studies.

He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
